Description

• This red dry wine is as deep and stable as the eternity thought ( Gandul) . A transparent, sincere and balanced thought that turns emotions into actions – such as the poem “ Gandul” ( translation: The Thought ) by the Moldovan writer. It emphasizes that only the thought makes man to overcome his physical limits and to conquer unknown realms.
• 100% Pinot Noir
• Aromas of pomegranate, currant, red berries, cranberries, black cherries, truffles, spices, black pepper
• Nose: Vanilla, wood, leather, vanilla, cinnamon, apple jam. 
• Medium intensity. Medium acidity. Low, velvety tannins. Light body. Medium to long aftertaste
• 5 months in oak barrels.
• Perfect with aperitives, grilled vegetables, fish, salads, truffles, duck, burrata, mozzarella, red meat.
