• Red dry wine. Pure Moldovan wine, 100% ingeniouse grapes made from Feteasca Neagra 80% Rara Neagra 20%
• A wine with a temper, that combines tenderness of Feteasca Neagra and nobility of Rara Neagra, two Moldovan grape varieties.
• Red fruits and berries are well pronounced in aroma, completed by fruity and round taste with a long and pleasant aftertaste
• Food pairing: beef or lamb steak or wild boar goulash with baked pepper and polenta, oven roasted duck with glaze of green spices, baked apples and a reduction of balsamic vinegar with potato puree,
• Aged for 6 months in French oak barrique
• Recommended serving temperature +18…+20 C
