Complex aromas of ripe red cherries and dark berry fruits, violets and noble spices blend with subtle nuances of blue plums and figs. A sumptuous, opulent wine, with a lot of personality, which bears the special signature of the winemaker.

Each variety was harvested separately at its optimum ripeness, vinified then aged separately in oak barrels for 18 months. Several trial blends were made with different compositions and the best one was chosen to create the blend of 5 ELEMENTE .
